WCS is seeking a CT Tech for a local contract at hospital in NJ.

Job Function:

 

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established imaging protocols.

• Prepare and position patients to ensure accuracy, safety, and diagnostic image quality.

• Operate CT equipment, adjust technical factors, and monitor patient condition throughout procedures.

• Administer contrast materials as required and follow all safety guidelines for contrast use.

• Review images for clarity and completeness before submitting them for radiologist interpretation.

• Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures in the imaging system.

• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and sanitized.

• Adhere to radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Job Requirements:

• Maintains current certification/licensure as required for position.  
• Maintains adequate contrast media and biopsy/drainage supplies in each scanning room.  
• 2 year of CT Tech experience.  
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
