Penmac Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Auto Body Technician to join a reputable shop in Ash Flat, AR. This full-time, daytime position is perfect for someone who takes pride in high-quality repair work and enjoys being part of a reliable, customer-focused team.

What You’ll Do

Perform body repairs, dent removal, sanding, painting prep, and related tasks
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow repair estimates and ensure work meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Collaborate with team members and communicate progress as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous auto body repair experience preferred
Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Valid Driver’s License required
Positive attitude and reliability—someone who takes pride in their craft
