• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)\n

• Self-Scheduling: Yes – flexible scheduling for work-life balance\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1930–$2070\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Kansas or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (2+ years preferred)\n
• Experience circulating C-sections in a hospital setting\n
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and clinical skills\n
• BLS certification required (ACLS, NRP, or other certifications a plus)\n

\n\nLabor & Delivery RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum\n
• Assist and circulate for C-sections and procedures (inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, Doppler)\n
• Monitor patients using advanced clinical equipment (Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, GE monitors)\n
• Collaborate with experienced nursing staff and healthcare leadership\n
• Document patient care in CPN Gold and Meditech EMR systems\n
• Follow unit guidelines and hospital policies, including Oxytocin protocols\n
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient safety and satisfaction\n
