Radiology Technician

About the Role:

The Radiology Technologist performs imaging examinations according to physicians orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment, taking into account individual patients unique and/or age-related needs.

Multiple Shifts and Schedules Available! Flexible scheduling in Full-Time and Part-Time positions for Days and Evening Shifts!

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes clinical knowledge and judgment in regard for proper positioning factors.
• Radiation dose calibration of technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal high quality images.
• Performs all examinations with minimal radiation exposure to patient and operator with ALARA awareness.

Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Radiographer License upon hire, Or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
• National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Required Skills:

• Clinical knowledge and judgment.
• Proper positioning factors.
• Radiation dose calibration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sophisticated imaging equipment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Pay range and compensation package:

• Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $114,026 per annum ($38.23 - $54.82 per hour)

Sign On Bonus:

• For Full-Time $6,000
• For Part-Time $4,000
