  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:  30 days
  • Reason for coverage: Open position.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 07:00-15:30, no call.
  • Documentation system/EMR: Meditech Expanse.
  • CRNA supervision: CRNAs work independently, but an Anesthesiologist is present in the hospital at all times during M-F 07:00-15:30.
  • Average number of surgical cases per day: 12-22.
  • Pain management cases: One day a week, averaging six cases.
  • Annual ER volume: Approximately 17,000.
  • Number of operating rooms: Four plus a cath lab.
  • Patient age demographic: Adult and pediatric.
  • Procedures required: General surgical cases (adult and pediatric), epidural anesthesia, obstetrical cases, spinal anesthesia.
  • Travel reimbursement- Mileage can be reimbursed.  Housing is available adjacent to the hospital campus at no cost to the provider.
Submission Requirements
  • Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
  • Active OH license - highly preferred
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
