• Patient Volume/Census: 36K annual ED volume
• Case Mix: General Emergency Medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 35 ED beds
• Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
• EMR System: Meditech & Dragon
• Specialty Backup Available: APPs work between Main ED & Fast Track
• Support Staff Available: APPs, Residents (moonlighting)

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General emergency medicine procedures
• 64-Slice CT available

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Missouri license required
• Board: BE/BC in EM, FP, or IM (must have 3 years ER experience); ABEM preferred
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS (required); PALS preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 years ER experience for non-EM boarded physicians
• Other Qualifications: Experience with Meditech & Dragon preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency department coverage
• Participate in 12-hour shifts across flexible schedule
• Coordinate with APPs between Main ED and Fast Track
• Evaluate and manage a diverse patient population
• Accept moonlighting residents for coverage support
• Accurately document all care in EMR
