Provider Requirements:

• License: Current Missouri State License & Unrestricted DEA
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Capabilities: Must be able to treat patients of all ages
