This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, and features 12-hour shifts, with most coverage needed from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. The physician will primarily manage vertical patients presenting with conditions such as abdominal pain and chest pain.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide emergency medical care in a trauma center
• Manage patient load, primarily vertical patients with conditions such as abdominal pain and chest pain
• Deliver care in areas of the facility not classified as high acuity, unless specifically requested
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Adhere to established protocols and safety standards

Additional Information

• Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or EM board eligible after successful completion of an accredited residency
• Active Florida medical license required
