• Case Mix: Breast, Lung, Prostate & Mix of other organ sites.
• Duties: - Tue: All on-treatment patients - Mon-Fri: Simulations & review of images - Wed: Chart rounds at 8a - Tue afternoons: Network peer review
• Procedures: - 2D & 3D radiation therapy - IMRT, IGRT, DIBH, SBRT, SRS - Brachytherapy for cylinders
• Office Equipment: - 2 linacs (Trilogy & EDGE Truebeam) - GE Lightspeed-16 slice-widebore
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Aria RO Epic/IP Powerchart
• Other Info: Will work solo
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active PA License
• BC
• DEA
• With at least 1 year of experience
• Local or drive-in candidates (highly preferred)
