Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking ABEM or AOBEM Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for an ongoing locum tenens assignment covering two regional hospital sites in Rhode Island.
This dual-site opportunity offers cross-credentialing at both emergency departments within the same health system, providing schedule flexibility, strong specialty backup, and state-of-the-art emergency medicine facilities designed for efficient, patient-centered care.

• Location: Rhode Island (cross-credentialed between two facilities)
• Contract Type: Locum Tenens
• Start Date: January 2026
• Duration: Long-term (6+ months, ongoing)
• Credentialing: Temporary privileges available for clean files
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time availability | Day, swing, and night shifts available
• Shift Options:
  • 7a–3p | 2p–11p | 3p–11p | 9p–7a | 11p–7a

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certification: ABEM or AOBEM (required)
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Rhode Island medical license
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Additional Requirements:
  • Completion of 8-hour stroke CME
  • Two-part PPD test
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-residency emergency medicine experience
