• Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm schedule
• 18 - 22 patients per day
• Primary care clinic setting
• Adult patients 18+ with chronic conditions
• Standard procedures including hypertension and diabetes management
• Wellness checks and medication management
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
