Gastroenterology Locums Physician - Idaho, 1 week a month ongoing

General GI assignment in Idaho with block scheduling, ERCP required, and full travel included near Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).

Highlights

• 1 week per month starting in October
• Monday-to-Monday blocks with 24-hour call
• ERCP required; EUS optional
• Call from hotel; usually light

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient consults and hospital-based outpatient procedures
• 4 physicians and multiple APPs
• Anesthesia team on-site; no CRNAs
• Adults only

Schedule

• Morning rounds, mid-morning scopes, afternoon consults
• 24-hour call while on assignment
• Block dates still available through 2026

Cases and Procedures

• General GI: consults, rounding, scopes
• 6-8 consults/day and 1-3 inpatient procedures
• ERCP required; EUS not required

Requirements

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Idaho license or active IMLC LOQ
• BLS and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Travel fully paid: airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage
• Near Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)
