• Monday - Friday with flexible schedule or 4/10s available
• 25 - 30 patients per 10-hour shift
• Patient population 3 months and up
• Suturing and suture removal required -- I&D experience preferred
• Chronic care management focus including diabetes and heart disease
• Hospital privileges required
