• 2 Years OTR experience in the last 3 years
  
• ValidCDL-Awith a clean driving record
  
• Tanker endorsement– must be obtained within 45 days
  
• Hazmat endorsement– must be obtained within 90 days
  
• Ability to safely operate trucks and reefers, conduct inspections, and handle paperwork
  
• Knowledge ofload securement ability to manage refrigerated freight
