Advertised Job Summary

• Administers the technical support of PeopleSoft for Purchasing.
• Develops data standards and documents procedures systemwide.
• Serves as the first level staff for the administration of PeopleSoft in the Purchasing Department.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the web presence for department.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years procurement or supply experience. 
• Must have the ability to work under minimum or limited supervision. 
• Must be able to make sound decisions under stressful conditions.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Capable of working harmoniously with a diverse group of people. 
• Good analytical ability and decision making skills.
