Engineer Maintenance - Full-time

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. + Collaborate with operations and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. + Identify opportunities for process and equipment optimization to enhance reliability.
