What it takes: + Minimum of eight years of related work experience with five years in advanced marketing optimization + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. The ideal candidate will have: + Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including channels, platforms and measurement strategies . + Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi - Touch Attribution (MTA) and A/B testing or causal inference frameworks. + Strong technical fluency in data, analytics, and modeling concepts; ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and engineers. + Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills .
