McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Technology & Cyber Intelligence to join our team. McBride is Missouri's largest homebuilder and an industry leader in residential new home construction. We are seeking a candidate with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Network Security. The ideal candidate can proactively identify business continuity concerns and security gaps, implement safeguards to prevent business interruptions, and lead the adoption of new technology solutions across the organization.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience and an annual, discretionary bonus program
Key Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure Cloud Servers
- Implement and maintain firewall rules and Azure network security groups
- Upgrade and secure corporate networks and cloud infrastructure
- Safeguard company information systems and data assets
- Identify and communicate business continuity risks to management
- Configure, maintain, and test system backups
- Manage server and client system patching
- Conduct end-user security training and periodic audits
- Provide end-user IT support as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical needs and risks to upper management
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing Microsoft Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, the OSI model, and standard security practices
- Proven experience configuring and managing firewall rules for corporate networks
- This is a 100% in-office position (Monday–Friday) with on-call availability, including weekends if needed
