Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, following up as necessary
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy updates, claims, and billing inquiries
- Educate customers using a needs-based, customer-centric approach to insurance solutions
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and remain fully committed to achieving daily success
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities (written, verbal, and listening)
