The Service Technician responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of our systems at our customer's sites. Our Service Technicians are the face of our company and play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company products.
• Provide technical support to customers
• Keep track of all tools and equipment and maintain service vehicle
• Ensure all safety measures are taken while completing tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical abilities
• Experience with electrical wiring and home automation systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license

Education & Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years of Media/Security System experience as a Service Technician
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Reliable with a good attendance record.
• Experience in Home Building, Remodeling/Construction is a PLUS!!
