What Youll Do:

• Build lasting relationships with customers and create clients for life.
• Use consultative selling techniques to help customers find the perfect vehicle by asking the right questions and actively listening.
• Stay current with the latest vehicle features, technology, and inventory to become a true product expert.
• Deliver engaging, professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business.
• Master objection handling and sales strategies to exceed your goals.
• Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to plan and review sales activities.
• Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the team every day.

• No prior experience required we provide training!
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and colleagues.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
