Building Superintendent

The following duties for this position include:

• Excellent leadership skills including motivation, goal-setting, conflict management and developing future leaders
• Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Knowledge of construction best practices
• Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation
• Great problem-solving and decision-making skills

• 
  Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking
