A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

Your full-time schedule is Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Expect extended hours and weekends during peak seasons – because when the field calls, we answer!

As our Custom Applicator - Agronomy Laborer, you're the heart of our operations. Your days are filled with the precise and efficient application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other agronomic products. From field preparation to equipment maintenance, you ensure every detail is tended to. Calibrating machines to field-ready status before each season and interacting with farmers, your professional touch enhances the quality of work in and out of the field. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOM APPLICATOR - AGRONOMY LABORER

• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely and accurately
• Ability to operate complex farm machinery and do routine maintenance on the machinery
• Ability to blend fertilizer and follow labels when blending crop protection products
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and operate equipment with computer-assisted operations
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects
• Excellent hand-eye coordination to operate farm machinery
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Having a custom applicator license and a CDL is preferred but not required - we're willing to train! Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn our trade!
