Staffing Inc is partnered with a gold buyer and jewelry dealer in Grand Rapids, who is actively searching to hire a qualified Sales Associate that is ready to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be professional, trustworthy, courteous, have excellent customer service skills, experience in jewelry retail, and more!
Store Associate Benefits:
- On the job training
- Positive, friendly work environment!
- Weekday: 9:30am to 5:30pm, no weekends!
Store Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers
- Assist customers through the buying and selling process
- Have a thorough knowledge of precious metals
- Responsible for the general upkeep of the store
- Keep logs of all sales and store activity
- Write articles for company blog
Store Associate Qualifications:
To be considered for the Store Associate position, applicants should:
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of related customer service experience
- Experience working in jewelry, preferred
- Excellent grammar and typing skills required
- Proven organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable and punctual
