    * Monday, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
    * Tuesday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM
    * Overtime is required until all work is completed

Position Overview

This role supports critical warehouse and cold-chain logistics functions in a highly regulated distribution environment. The Warehouse Associate will perform GMP services, order preparation, cooler operations, and general warehouse duties. This position requires the ability to work in refrigerated conditions, follow FDA and site guidelines, and maintain strong attention to detail.

Primary Duties

* Perform GMP services including relabeling, repacking, inspections, and aggregated serialization of products
 * Work in refrigerated environments at approximately 24 degrees with rotation in and out of the cooler; PPE provided
 * Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and palletizing
 * Operate RF scanners and handle materials using carts, Klever Cutters, and tape guns
 * Complete assigned independent tasks within a team-based workflow

General Warehouse Duties

* Cooler preparation, including placement of gel packs, bubble bags, and prepared shippers onto the processing line
 * Cardboard disposal and recycling activities
 * Routine warehouse cleaning to maintain FDA-compliant storage conditions
 * Void fill placement to protect product integrity during shipment
 * Offloading cartons onto appropriate shipping pallets
 * Supporting the box erector by ensuring adequate box supply
 * Assist with order fulfillment as needed
 * Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational workflow

Workplace Standards and Requirements

Dress Code

T-shirts, jeans, sweatpants, and comfortable shoes are acceptable. The following are not permitted: tank tops, cutoff shirts, cutoff shorts, yoga pants, leggings, spandex, or workout pants.

Attendance and Absences

Employees must adhere to the assigned schedule. All absences must be reported to the staffing agency before the shift begins. Excessive tardiness or incomplete shifts may result in termination.

Meals and Breaks

Employees receive paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch. A food kiosk is available for purchase of snacks and meals.

Cell Phones

Cell phones are not permitted on the warehouse floor.

Training

All tasks include formal training and orientation on day one.

Health and Safety Requirements

* Daily health screening via QR code or paper form
 * Temperature checks required for facility entry
 * Mandatory mask usage unless eating, drinking, or on approved outdoor breaks
 * Adherence to CDC hygiene and social distancing guidelines
 * Continuous facility cleaning; gloves, sanitizer, and cleaning supplies provided
