This position involves conducting inspections, tests, and evaluations of materials and products throughout the production process. The technician will collaborate closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that all products comply with industry regulations and company standards. By maintaining accurate records and documentation, the Quality Technician will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role is vital in safeguarding the company's reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in quality control or quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO).
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
