You’ll work directly with customers, implement marketing campaigns, and oversee the store’s performance. What You’ll Be Doing

• Running all aspects of a retail store—sales, marketing, operations, and finances
• Driving revenue through both in-person and digital marketing
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing top-notch service
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and daily operations
• Tracking results and optimizing performance to grow the business
