Thomas Printworks is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team in Addison, TX. This is an in-person role where you are the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts. You own the full client relationship lifecycle, from initial project intake through production and invoicing, with a core focus on delivering excellent service and growing revenue year over year. Unlike traditional roles, you are not paired with a salesperson; you are both the relationship manager and the project execution lead.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client needs, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage day to day execution of print and marketing projects, including estimating, job entry, production coordination, and invoicing.
  • Drive year over year revenue growth by proactively identifying client needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Drive YOY revenue growth by expanding and building new relationships in new departments with your accounts. Also expanding the products presented to your account list.
  • Create accurate and timely estimates based on customer specifications and project scope.
  • Log jobs, organize necessary paperwork/files, and ensure production has all required materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, including meeting with installers or suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with clients on project timelines, expectations, and any production concerns.
  • Provide timely, detailed invoicing and proactively resolve any billing issues.
  • Own project communication from start to finish, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Maintain accurate client records and project details in CRM and order management systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or client-facing roles—ideally in the print or signage industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and follow-through.
  • Experience with estimating tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to occasionally work overtime to meet client deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in the print, signage, or marketing fulfillment industry
  • Experience with print estimating or quoting systems
  • Understanding of production workflows and customer requirements in print
