Location: Houston, TX 77032
Pay Range: $17.50–$30/hr

TruBlu HR Solutions is hiring for multiple manufacturing and shop positions for a facility located in the North Houston (77032) area. We are seeking reliable and experienced candidates who can start quickly and want long-term opportunities. Candidates will select their position of interest in the deal-breaker questions.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. Manual Vertical Lathe Machinist — Day Shift

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm (Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $25–$30/hr

Summary:
Seeking a Manual Machinist with 2+ years of experience operating a Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL). Must be able to read drawings/specifications, perform setups, make adjustments, check quality, and work independently. Grinding experience is a plus.

2. Shop Helper — Night Shift (2 Openings)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:00pm (must be open to staying later as needed)
Training: 1 week on day shift
Pay: $17.50/hr

Summary:
Seeking a Shop Helper with 6+ months experience masking/taping parts or assisting in a production environment. Will prepare parts for blasting/painting, mask components, and assist with general shop duties as needed.

3. Cleaning Shop Helper — Day Shift

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm (Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $17.50/hr

Summary:
Seeking a Cleaning Shop Helper with previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience. Duties include sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, emptying trash, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop. Must also be flexible to assist with basic shop-helper tasks. Bilingual preferred.

4. Shipping & Receiving Clerk — Day Shift (2 Openings)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm (Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $18/hr

Summary:
Seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk with 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Must have sit-down propane forklift experience (12k–15k). Will receive materials, verify incoming product, perform inventory counts, prepare shipments, label orders, and organize materials by department.
