About the Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role supports the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and communication to ensure the successful completion of our upcoming construction project.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress on all project phases
- Coordinate communications between subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting notes
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work quality and safety standards
- Help manage project timelines to ensure on-time completion
- Participate in weekly progress meetings and prepare reports for leadership
- Support final project close-out and documentation
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or site supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, budgets, and schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to visit the project site regularly (80% of travelling)
- Fluent in Chinese and English
Preferred:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or other field as long as you think you could finish the job.
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes
Compensation & Terms
- Pay Range: $50k - $70k
- Schedule: Full-time (typical construction hours, Mon–Fri)
- Start Date: Immediate
