Lead Commercial Pipefitter

We are currently seeking an experienced Leadman Pipefitter for a commercial project at a school in Fort Worth. This role requires strong leadership skills, advanced pipefitting experience, and the ability to guide and support a crew on-site.

Position Details:

• Work involves carbon steel pipefitting on a commercial jobsite.
• Leadman must be capable of reading plans, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Must have full pipefitter tool set and strong experience working with carbon steel.
• Will oversee and assist pipefitters and helpers throughout daily operations.
• Helpers on the crew are expected to have basic tools (tape measure, crescent wrench, levels).
• Immediate start available — looking for someone who can begin this week.

• Has proven leadership experience on commercial pipefitting projects
• Is reliable, communicates well, and keeps the crew on schedule
• Can troubleshoot and ensure work meets project specifications
