Title: Engineer Product I - Product Verification & Validation
Location: 300 N. Vine Horicon WI USA 53032
Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)
Job Description
Requirements:
- 4-year engineering or technology degree
- Possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and execute test and/or analysis plans for product verification and validation which includes but not limited to:
- Ability to plan and coordinate test and analysis work for projects varying in complexity from single component to complete development programs of broad scope
- Ability to aid in establishing short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities
- Ability to operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the Engineering design community
- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites to drive results
- Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field or external laboratory testing
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner
- Possesses strong MS Office skills
- Able to work 1st shift position
- Metatarsals shoes/boots are required
What sets the candidate apart:
- Experience with product verification/validation planning and execution
- Possess knowledge of systematic corrective action processes (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, etc.)
- Exposure to Riding Lawn Equipment and/or Utility Vehicle (UTV, ATV) products and applications
