Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! $43,000- $50,000. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Bonus and PTO. Be in the middle of the action on a highly productive team!

Responsibilities:

• Team Member execution and overall performance
• Providing the ultimate experience for our customers
• Ensuring our team is fully staffed and helping the team get better through ongoing training, development and coaching
• Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met and that all equipment functions properly
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

• Must have a passion for training and developing the team
• Previous 2 years experience in restaurant management 
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Must have a food handler certificate and an ATC card
