We are seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of Service and Guest interaction
- Expedite in Kitchen at peak hours
- Manage on shift staff activities to close of operation
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work with diverse staff and guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
