Must haves - some kind of surgery knowledge, LPN certification, some kind of surgical or wound care, home health is perfect, doing would care, BLS
Plusses - worked in a surgical practice
Day to day - they see nurse visits, would dressing changes, checking out a wound after surgery, they travel with the doc, they carry them into the examine wound, they see patients with the provider, follow up at the end of the day everyday
