Full-time Certified Nurse Midwife Near Salem, Oregon - $150,000 starting salary- one to two years of experience needed
Join an established, growing midwifery practice serving patients of all ages just outside of Salem, Oregon. This role offers a balanced schedule, a strong referral base, and a collaborative team that supports your clinical interests and fosters your long-term growth.

- 2-Day Clinic Week: Practice two days per week in the clinic, two first call days per week - 24-hour call shifts,
- Practice consists of 1 OB/GYN - (recruiting another one) - Women's Health NP - Women's Health PA-C - 1 CNM - 1 Clinic RN.
- Dedicated Support Staff: Work with tenured Labor and Delivery nurses and utilize the Epic EMR across the clinic and surgical units
- Modern Practice: New, state‑of‑the‑art OB clinic with direct access to the hospital, MFM clinic, and L&D
- Attractive Compensation: $150,000 starting salary, $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus, and $10,000 Relocation Assistance
- Variety in Practice: Assist with C‑Sections and perform clinical duties, including OB checkups, women's wellness exams, and deliveries
Qualifications
- CNM or CPM certification is required
- Eligible for an Oregon medical license
- Experienced midwives are encouraged to apply. A minimum of one year of prior experience as a midwife is required.
- A strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration is needed
