Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support high school students on a part-time basis. This position offers 10-20 hours per week in a very itinerant student services role, providing valuable speech and language therapy services throughout the school year under a contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to high school students with diverse communication needs
- Manage a high school caseload effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individual treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success plans
Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin SLP License
- Wisconsin Department of Education Teacher Certification
- Masters degree in Communicative Disorders or related field
- Strong skills in school-based speech-language pathology, with relevant clinical experience
