CSI Companies is hiring a Pharmacist for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Marlborough, MA.

Job Summary

The Pharmacist is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient screening, processing, and dispensing of medications, as well as providing comprehensive drug information and support for multiple distribution systems within the centers.

Pay: $51 – 65 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

Hours: Full Time - 3:30pm-12am Mon-Fri, with rotating weekends and holidays shifts 7:30am-6pm.

Status: Consultant Starting off as a consultant/contractor there is always potential for long term / conversion for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a contractor due to being a Fortune 100 company. .

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow, production goals, and deadlines are consistently met
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, DEA requirements, and third-party payer regulations
• Lead and supervise pharmacy production staff, ensuring accuracy in order entry, workflow management, and timely deliveries
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all new and refill prescriptions, drug packaging, and labeling
• Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of sterile IV drug products and solutions in accordance with quality standards
• Manage controlled substance processes, including ordering, receiving, documentation, storage, and perpetual inventory maintenance for Schedule II drugs

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Doctoral Degree or higher
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Highly Preferred Large corporation experience
• Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
