Duties and Responsibilities- Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress.
- Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and use of modalities.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).
- Current Nebraska PT license (or eligibility).
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team.
