Fit with The Organization:
- Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex rheumatologic conditions, including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
- Perform musculoskeletal exams, order and interpret labs/imaging, and conduct in-office procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, and ultrasound-guided assessments (as credentialed).
- Care Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Primary Care Providers and specialists to create integrated, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to Evara Health providers on rheumatologic issues.
- Population Health & Access:
- Support patient education, engagement, and self-management strategies while contributing to quality initiatives that improve outcomes and access to care.
- Administrative & Compliance:
- Complete timely and thorough documentation while maintaining compliance with Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, and accreditation standards.

Required Education & Experience:
- Graduation from Accredited Medical School
- Completion of an accredited Residency in Rheumatology required
- Board Certified or eligible
