  • Clinical Responsibilities:
    • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex rheumatologic conditions, including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
    • Perform musculoskeletal exams, order and interpret labs/imaging, and conduct in-office procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, and ultrasound-guided assessments (as credentialed).
  • Care Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with Primary Care Providers and specialists to create integrated, evidence-based treatment plans.
    • Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to Evara Health providers on rheumatologic issues.
  • Population Health & Access:
    • Support patient education, engagement, and self-management strategies while contributing to quality initiatives that improve outcomes and access to care.
  • Administrative & Compliance:
    • Complete timely and thorough documentation while maintaining compliance with Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, and accreditation standards.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Graduation from Accredited Medical School
  • Completion of an accredited Residency in Rheumatology required
  • Board Certified or eligible
