Orthopedic PA-C

A large, well-established orthopedic group is seeking three experienced PA-Cs to join their growing team. These roles offer a mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities, but clinical-only roles are available, especially as the group expands orthopedic urgent care access.

• Number of Openings: 3

• Specialty: Orthopedics (experience required)

• Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years as a PA-C, preferably in orthopedics, spine, sports, UC, or related specialties

• Setting: Combination of clinic + OR (current team is ~80% OR / 20% clinic), or 100% clinical for urgent care expansion

• Team Model: Pool/team-based model with rotating surgical exposure; Opportunities to work across subspecialties (spine, hand, sports, etc.)

• Call: Light call rotation (Telephone/remote only and then escalated to surgeons)

• Opening of ASC has reduced call volume; 70% of cases done at ASC, no overnight stays, and team routinely home by 5 PM

• Salary Range:

  • 2-3 years experience: $130,000–$140,000

  • 4+years experience: $150,000 - $170,000

• Bonus: No RVU structure; annual bonuses
