We are seeking a motivated Masters Level Social Worker (licensed or license-eligible in Illinois) to join our in-person team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds while receiving full clinical supervision and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions
- Conduct client consultations, case management, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and treatment consultations
- Engage in community outreach to promote your services and the organization
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect in all client interactions
- Attend in-service trainings and contribute to ongoing program development
Minimum Qualifications
- Master of Social Work degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed or license-eligible in Illinois (LMSW); willingness to apply for reciprocity if needed
- Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply
Required Skills & Tools
- Ability to self-promote and build a caseload with organizational support
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and case management
