  5. Manage the full transaction process from listing to close.
  6. Bring in new clients to keep building business.
  7. Use your market knowledge to help clients understand listings, prices, and trends.

  1. Sales experience helps, but it’s not required.
  2. You should be comfortable using technology in your work.
  3. You’ll need strong communication, people, and negotiation skills.
  4. You must be motivated and able to push your own success.
  5. You need to stay organized and manage your time well.
  6. You must have an active Real Estate License.
