Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
• Current LPN license in New York, in good standing
• Strong clinical skills, compassion, and a teamwork mindset
• Excellent communication and organization skills

What You’ll Do

• Provide quality daily nursing care and support to residents within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for desired or adverse effects
• Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans and address resident needs
• Document vital signs, treatments, and resident responses accurately
• Supervise and guide CNAs in their daily care activities and assignments
