The Admissions Coordinator supports the campus mission by increasing awareness about the University. The Admissions Coordinator will serve to provide leadership, programming, and support for events on campus. The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, development, training, and leadership of all on campus events.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  1. Assist in the design, planning, development, and implementation, of events for admissions and the campus.
  2. Prepares email campaigns for electronic delivery to all vendors
  3. Prepare weekly report concerning events and outreach conducted.
  4. Organizes and maintains an active computerized database to track progress on events
  5. Assists Admissions department with the preparation and execution of campus events (i.e. new student orientation, open houses, etc.).
  6. Ensure all directed activities are coordinated, scheduled and/or in progress in order to achieve anticipated objectives and outcomes.
  7. Responsible for stuffing and mailing mail campaigns.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field
