Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Residential Group Home | Ewing, NJ
Shifts as Follows:
Thursday and Friday (7am-7pm)
or
Every Other Saturday and Sunday (7am-7pm)
Per Diem as Needed also available.


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Residential Group Home located in Ewing, NJ.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing individualized care plans for four residents in a supportive home environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centered care and demonstrates excellent observation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Health Monitoring: Track vital signs and monitor the health conditions of residents.
• Care Coordination: Work with doctors and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
• Education: Educate residents and staff on managing their health.
• Compliance: Ensure the home complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Patient Care: Provide support for daily living activities, recovery from surgery or illness, and chronic disease management.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license (New Jersey).
• Experience in residential or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
  

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Full-Time and Per Diem positions available
