About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to drive results. You'll be the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring top-quality service while maximizing profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Write accurate repair estimates

• Order parts quickly and efficiently

• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians

• Sell recommended services and close on repair opportunities

• Manage repair orders from start to finish

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person

• Maintain detailed and organized service records

• Use shop management software (Protractor experience is a plus)

• Support shop goals around ARO and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)

• Strong sales and closing ability

• Proven sales track record

• “People person” with a team-oriented attitude

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient with phones and computers

• Solid math and organizational skills

• Highly detail-oriented and efficient

• Positive, professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with estimating, ordering parts, and selling services
