Benefits Available!Job Description Summary Join a mission-driven educational setting focused on empowering students with emotional and behavioral challenges. This role supports middle and high school students with moderate disabilities, using a science-based curriculum in a therapeutic, trauma-informed school environment. You'll be part of a collaborative team deeply committed to academic growth and emotional support. What You’ll Do

• Teach science-based content aligned with state standards to students in grades 5–12 with moderate disabilities
• Develop and implement IEPs with input from families and clinical teams
• Use differentiated, data-informed instructional methods to meet a wide range of learning needs
• Support students with behavioral and emotional regulation within a structured, supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teaching teams, clinicians, and support staff to create a safe, inclusive space
• Engage in school events, team meetings, and professional development

Experience You’ll Need

• Active Massachusetts teaching license in Moderate Disabilities 5–12
• Experience teaching middle and/or high school students
• Comfort with math curriculum delivery in special education settings
• Background working with students with emotional or behavioral challenges
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to trauma-informed educational practices
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus
