Join a respected, clinician-led group serving adult patients across Fairfield County. We’re looking for dedicated Psychiatrists who value flexibility, autonomy, and the support of a collaborative clinical team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-person diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and medication management for adult patients.
• Work across 1–2 outpatient locations—your choice for variety and independence.
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of Psychiatrists, APRNs, LCSWs, and Psychologists.
• Participate in case reviews and utilization reviews as needed.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Psychiatrist in the State of Connecticut.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication, organization, and professionalism.
