The Northmarq Servicing team is searching for a Loan Operations Analyst out of our Bloomington office. The position requires a detail-oriented individual, who is a strong communicator and problem solver. The core functions of this position include boarding new loans into our loan servicing system, monitoring group email inbox and facilitating conversations with Lenders and Borrowers.

Specific Responsibilities
- Provide premier customer service to lenders, borrowers, other Northmarq staff, and outside vendors.
- Review Salesforce for expected loans closing and ensure data is accurate.
- Review loan documentation and accurately setup loan terms into the loan servicing system.
- Facilitate conversation between various servicing teams and challenging loan setups.
- Be able to see the big picture and make connections across various processes, procedures, and business units. Understand the impact of each loan term on the structure of the loan and other departments.
- Analyze data and process, locate, and correct inconsistencies to ensure no impact to others.
- Understand the specific nuances of each individual lender.
- Plan and schedule own workload to meet deadlines.
- Lead the facilitation and boarding of mass transfer-in loans.
- Lead new hire and department wide trainings.
- Research, develop, refine and improve teams' policies and procedures to run the department efficiently
- Monitor and process emails from group/shared email inbox.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and strategic thinking in all areas. Encourage and coach others to do the same.
- Create strong foundation of commercial loan servicing knowledge.
- Provide general operational support to other areas.
- Perform other reasonable tasks/projects, as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; or applicable business experience.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of related office experience. Background in commercial lender, servicing, or real estate, preferred.
- Competencies:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure; plan, set and adhere to time constraints
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills to reflect level of responsibilities
- Effective customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with minimal supervision

Minnesota Residents: Northmarq carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Loan Operations Analyst position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
